Little Bellies

Startup dedicated to caring for women before, during and after pregnancy. They faced several challenges as they were in the midst of growing their business. Special attention was required for the call center appointment scheduling process, as achieving effective follow-up and interaction with clients was urgent.
Through a progressive approach to digital transformation, we have achieved the following with the Little Bellies team:

• Automated the appointment scheduling process for both call center and self-service.
• Automated the processing and sending of ultrasound images to customers.
• Enabled interoperability of Little Bellies' messaging channels with their platform.
• Integrated medical teams into the results delivery process.
• Automated the image restoration process.
• Designed and developed a new website.

Little Bellies now has over 20 locations in the USA. We continue to work together, supporting their expansion plans while continuously improving their customer experience.
